Pastry Chef Manuele gets creative

Easter eggsPastry Chef, Manuele Schiavone showed his creative colours during Easter when he created a range of delicious handmade Easter eggs.

Manuele joined St Hugh’s in 2014 and has continued to impress with his delicious designs. He is part of a talented team of Chefs working under Head Chef, Sam Cruickshank and Catering Manager, Andrew Sheridan.
